AIC students once again achieved excellent results in the annual China Bridge speech competition in Auckland. In the regional competition, AIC students won 11 awards over three categories: Secondary, Semi-Native and International Student. Chaeri Yoon won the Secondary Category and went on to represent Auckland at the national competition in Christchurch on Saturday May 26th. Chaeri won the national competition and will represent New Zealand in Beijing. She wins an all-expenses paid trip to participate in the final competition in November this year. Founded in 1754, the fifth oldest university in the USA, and currently ranked at number 12 in the world (by the Times Higher Education University World Rankings), has offered a place to Arun Shanmuganathan. Congratulations Arun! How are you going to choose?Further Ivy League and other US university offers are expected to come in over the next few weeks and we look forward to reporting on offers made. We are delighted to announce offers from Korea's top three universities: Seoul National University has offered places to two AIC students; Yonsei University has offered a place to one student and Korea University has offered places to five AIC students.
